Time for a jump start!

It's been a challenging weekend for me. And I can feel myself slipping into old habits again. So tomorrow, I will be starting a detox. That means for 5 days I will have 3 smoothies a day (maybe one meal bar) and no meals. Veggies, fruits and maybe hard boiled egg or some other protein. I am very curious to see what it does for me!
