Day 2 on the "reset"

Well, day 1 wasn't too bad, day 2 has been a little more challenging. I miss eating. It's so weird, the psychological connection that you have with eating food. I don't NEED anything, I just know I can't have it and I want it. However, I can tell I'm feeling much better and my energy is coming back. I was so sluggish on Monday and beginning of today, and I think I finally realized it is because of the crap I ate over the weekend. So I just think, I must have been feeling that way all of the time before. I think this jump start is exactly what I needed to get back on track. Can't wait to see results on Saturday morning!
